- $5,000 - Diamond: Three golf foursomes with game packages plus premium promotional signage, and reserved dinner seating
- $3,000 - Platinum: Two golf foursomes with game packages plus premium promotional signage, and reserved seating for dinner
- $1,750- Gold: One golf foursome with game packages plus promotional signage at the event and reserved seating for dinner plus an additional two dinner guests
- $1,250 - Silver: Golf foursome with game packages plus a Tee sponsor sign and a reserved table for dinner
