One of the best ways to learn about DeSales is to visit us!  Private tours are available year round. Contact Mrs. Kim Knuutila at  (716)433-6422  x407 to schedule a time for your family to visit our beautiful campus.

Ready to begin the application process?

Current Student preferred registration begins in January.  DeSales operates on a rolling admissions basis, and all classrooms are filled first come, first served. To apply for admission to DeSales, you will need to complete the checklist below and return to the DeSales Main Office.

• Complete:
  • New Family Application 
  • Student Registration Form 
  • Diocese of Buffalo Cumulative Record Form 
  • Textbook Request Form 
  • Sign up for FACTS Tuition 
  • Transcript Request 
• Provide a copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
• Pay Registration Fees ($100 New Family Fee, $125 Student Registration Fee)
• Schedule Student interview with Principal (students in 1^st – 8^th grade)

Completed paperwork may be dropped off to our Main Office. When we have received everything on the checklist above, your child’s spot is officially secured. A health packet and physical form will also be required prior to the start of school.

To enter Kindergarten in September, the student must be 5 years old by December 1st of their Kindergarten year. All students entering Kindergarten must provide a copy of their birth certificate upon registration. All newly enrolled Kindergarten students participate in Academic screening during the summer. 

Transfer Student Interview:  Students wishing to Transfer to DeSales Catholic School in grades 1 through 8 must also schedule an interview with the Principal, and supply academic records from their current school.   All acceptances are provisional until all records are received, and it has been determined that DeSales Catholic School can serve a student’s particular needs.
