Varsity Knights Bring Home a Win

Sam Murphy led the DeSales Knights to a 7-4 victory over St. Gregory fanning 9 in four innings allowing two runs.  Karl Darling closed out the game allowing two runs. Murphy helped his cause with a single and three walks scoring three times. Jason Buzak shined offensively with two walks and a homerun. Jared Pellicano earned the game ball ripping a triple and driving in two runs in the second inning. The Knights are now 4-1 overall sharing first place with St. Amelias and next face Niagara Catholic 4:30pm Thursday at Lockport Little League.
