DeSales Catholic School students took part in school wide election as part of their Social Studies curriculum. This mock election promotes civic responsibility and involvement by introducing and educating the students on the voting process. DeSales students in preschool and kindergarten through grade 8 had the opportunity to vote on an upcoming dress out of uniform day (future you day or favorite shirt day). DeSales teacher, Ms. Jessica Scirto coordinated the school wide voting and her third- grade students will act as Poll Workers and help tally the votes. Results for this year’s DeSales election will be announced on Wednesday afternoon.
