DeSales Championship Swim Meet

Congratulations to the DeSales Swim Team on their Championship meet last weekend!  The team came in first place in each age group in their division!  There were so many great swims with lots of new swimmers getting an Allstar time!

For the 8 & Under group, Arianna Haseley took 3rd and Addision Bieter took 6th in the IM!  Arianna Haseley also took 2nd in the 50 Freestyle which is also a new DeSales record for the 50 Freestyle. Congrats Ariana!   Congrats to Jack Stockton who took 3rd on the 25 Backstroke, Jack Stockton and Addison Beiter also took 4th & 5th in the 25 Breaststroke.  

9/10 group had a great meet as well winning 270 points!  Congrats to the medley relay of Joey Cassenti, Delilah Harrer, Margaret Manning and Caroline Webster on their 5th place win.  Joey Cassenti took 1st place in both the 100IM and the 50 Fly.  Harrison Hathaway came in 5th for his 50 Fly. Delilah Harrer and Harrison Hathaway both finished in the top 10 for the 100 Freestyle taking 9th and 10th place!  

For the 11+ Jonathan Cordle swam an impressive 200 Free taking 2nd overall.  The Medley relay team of Weston Henning, Jon Cordle, Samantha Fox and Emma Haseley took 4th overall and the same team took 3rd in the free relay as well! Emma Haseley scored a 6th place finish in the IM and 5th in the 50 Fly.  For the 100 Free Jon Cordle took 3rd and Weston Henning was right on his tail with a 6th place finish.  Weston also took 5th in the 50 Backstroke while Samantha Fox took 7th overall in her 50 Breaststroke.  

What an amazing Championship Swim Meet and great swimseason! Congratulations Knights!
