Fueling the Sciences

DeSales Catholic School received a grant through the EXXON Mobil Educational Alliance Program for $500. Transit Carwash President, Tim Lederhaus matched Exxon’s grant for an additional $500 for a total of $1,000 to be used for math and science activities at DeSales.

Since its inception, Exxon Mobile has provided grants to help with funding to support Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education programs. Exxon believes in giving students the tools and technology they need to connect what they see in the classroom with what they see in the real world. It is part of their ongoing effort to support STEM education within the communities they serve.
