Lockport NY- DeSales Catholic School recognized middle school students this month for their scholastic achievement in the first trimester of the 2017-18 school year.
Students earning First Honors, with a first trimester average of 95 or higher were Grade 8: Emma Flatau, Brady Hildreth, Cole Meller, William Rahill, Miah Rohde and Meghan Samuelson. Grade 7: Riley Bell, Shannon Bull, Sydney Goerss, Madison Karaszewski, Natalie Killion, Aidan Morgan, Henry Murphy, Grace Parker, Anthony Rongo and Elizabeth Swartz. Grade 6: Camryn Becken, Eliana Benedict, Jaimie Fraass, Eve Jones, Richard Keppler, Josephine Kerr, Alexia Kilroy, Olivia Klumpp, Sydney Mosher, Olivia Rongo and Jonathan Steen.
Second Honors, given for academic averages between 90 and 94.9, were presented to the following students: 8th Grade: Matalyn Bucolo, Morgan Bulger, Clare Casalinuovo, Kaela Doty, Emily Glena, Ashlie Heffernan, James Hoenow, Katherine Hughes, Kayla Landsman, William Lopes, Cameron McIntyre, Nya Muffoletto and Matthew Schaffert. 7th Grade: Grace Buzak, Gracie Cordle, Matthew Flatau, Madison Fragale, Grant Harrer, Aaron Knuutila, Cameron Kreger, Olivia Masters, Griffin Rignel, Nico Scirri, Aidan Shea, Nolan Smith and Mollie Rose Welsh. Grade 6: Jenna Chesko, Riley Doty, Isabella Drago, Henry Genewick, Tyler Glena, Kyle Glena and Hunter Lilley.
Merit Honors, for students with an academic average between 85 and 89.9, were presented to: Grade 8: Emma Beecher, Star Carluzzo-Garcia, Christopher Jung and Jeffery Kaminski. Grade 7: Mary Bidak, Elijah Bohlman, Adam Firkins, Luke Genewick, Ian Jones, Evan Pease and Niaya Vohland. Grade 6: Taylor Allen and Colby Criswell.
