Annual Fund 2021-2022 - Donate online!

November 18, 2021

Thank you for helping to continue the tradition of Catholic Education in Lockport. Desales is blessed with a generous community of support, sharing your talents, knowledge, time, resources or prayers. It is with your help that we are able to continue to provide students an education that empowers them to be innovative and critical-thinkers. Everything we do, including our education, is rooted in the values of love, compassion, mercy, sacrifice and justice as taught by St. Francis DeSales. With the winning combination of education and Catholic values, our students will grow to be responsible future leaders.

For the second year in a row we have seen growth in student admissions. DeSales is now home to 332 students in preschool through grade 8. For over 70 years, DeSales has been “The Start of Something Great” for young people in our community! Our school is as vibrant as ever!

Our Annual Fund is the school’s most important source of revenue other than student tuition. Charitable donations made to the 2021-2022 Annual Fund will support all areas of DeSales Catholic School including;

 • Tuition Assistance  32% of our students receive financial aid to assist in their educational costs.
• Offsetting the loss from recent Diocesan cuts in funding.
• Keeping our Campus Beautiful – We are in the early stages of planning renovations to the Priest House, Parking Lot and Playground.
Please join us and help us reach 100% participation in the 2021-2022 Annual Fund by giving. Your philanthropic donation will help us to continue to provide the foundation for children to be successful at DeSales Catholic School.
Gratefully,
Karen Judge Rahill, DHS ‘87, Principal
